Amorphous nickel-phosphorus (Ni-P) alloy plating is a relatively successful surface anti-corrosion coating method. Due to the ideal amorphous structure and the alloy characteristics of the coating, the grain boundary corrosion and grain boundary defects are avoided. The Ni-P alloy with a coating hardness of HRC50-70 has strong corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance to hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid and caustic soda.
